About Lumarcade

Lumarcade is a home for instant browser games: gentle learning games for young children, puzzles and arcade classics, and full 3D racing and action games. Everything plays in a second on a phone, tablet or computer, with no download.

How we make money

Free players see short ads between levels. Lumarcade Pass ($10 a month) removes every ad. Players can also buy credits for cosmetic items. We never sell loot boxes or random rewards.

How developers get paid

Independent developers keep 50% of the ad revenue their games earn, and half of all net Pass revenue goes into a developer pool shared by how long subscribers play each game. Every calculation is written to an append-only ledger so it can be audited.

Built in the open

Our games use original art and sound made in code, plus open-source software such as Three.js (MIT), Hono (MIT) and the Nunito and Fredoka typefaces (SIL Open Font License). See the credits.
