Acceptance
By using Lumarcade (the "Service"), operated by [COMPANY_NAME], you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and children
You must be 13 or older, or the age of digital consent where you live (up to 16 in parts of the EU, and 18 for consent purposes under India’s DPDP Act), to hold an account. Younger children may only use the Service through a parent or guardian’s account in Kids mode. Parents are responsible for their children’s use.
Accounts
Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information and do not share or sell accounts.
Free and paid plans
The free plan is supported by advertising. Lumarcade Pass costs $10 per month or $96 per year (taxes may apply; prices may vary by region) and removes ads, adds instant continues, unlocks Pass-only items and adds bonus credits, as described at the time of purchase.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
The Pass renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for and will not be charged again. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and the law where you live. We will remind you before an annual renewal.
Credits and items
Credits are a limited, non-transferable licence to unlock cosmetic items and boosters in the Service. Credits and items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or traded between players, and are not your property. We do not sell randomised rewards (loot boxes). Items bought with credits stay in your inventory while your account exists; Pass-only items are available while your Pass is active. We may rebalance how an item looks or behaves in a game.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, farm playtime, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, scrape, attack or overload the Service, upload malicious code, harass anyone or use the Service unlawfully. We may remove playtime, credits or items gained by breaking these rules.
Games and content
Games are provided by us or by independent developers. Game content, titles and artwork belong to their owners. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to play games through the Service.
Developers
Developers who publish games agree to the Developer Terms, which cover content rules, revenue sharing, review, takedowns and payouts.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design, code and branding belong to [COMPANY_NAME] and its licensors. Open-source components are used under their own licences, listed on our Credits page.
Third-party services
The Service uses third parties for payments, hosting and (on the free plan, outside the Kids area) advertising. Their own terms apply to those services.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or remove games or features, with notice where reasonable. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, [COMPANY_NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, with a reason and a way to appeal. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account page.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the new Terms.
Governing law and disputes
