Cancelling the Pass
Cancel any time from your account page. You keep the Pass until the end of the paid period and won’t be charged again. You can resume before the period ends.
Refunds for the Pass
If you were charged for a renewal you didn’t intend and haven’t used the Pass since, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw (for example, in the EU and UK), we honour it.
Credits
Unspent credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on items are not refundable except where the law requires. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank, we may pause the related Pass or remove the related credits while the dispute is open.
