About Gem Swap
Gem Swap is a bright match-three puzzle game you can play free in your browser. Swap neighbouring gems to line up three or more of the same kind, then watch the board cascade into chain reactions. Every gem has its own colour and its own shape, so the game stays easy to read for colour-blind players. Match four in a row to make a striped gem that clears a whole line, make an L or T shape for a blast gem, and line up five for a prism that wipes out every gem of one colour. Each level asks you to reach a target score within a limited number of moves, and every tenth level adds stone blocks you must crack by matching beside them. Levels are generated from a fixed seed, so every player gets the same puzzle.
How to play
- Swap two neighbouring gems to line up three or more of the same colour and shape.
- Click or tap one gem and then a neighbour, or drag a gem towards its neighbour. On a keyboard, move the cursor with the arrow keys and press Enter to pick and swap.
- Reach the target score shown at the top before you run out of moves.
- Match four in a row for a striped gem that clears a full row or column, an L or T shape for a blast gem, and five in a row for a rainbow prism.
- Swap a prism with any gem to clear every gem of that kind.
- On boss levels, crack every stone by making matches right next to it.
